How much money does bringing a group save?
The majority of performances for Broadway shows at DPAC offer special pricing and reduced ticket fees that can offer your group real savings. Savings start at 10% for groups of 10 or more. In addition, many shows will also offer larger groups of 40 or more a 15% discount plus one or two complimentary tickets for the group organizer.
What shows offer group savings?
The majority of our Broadway performances offer special group savings. Select concerts, comedy and other special events sometimes offer group savings as well. For a list of upcoming events please click here.
Is there a minimum age requirement for children?
All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted to the theatre. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seat without disturbing other guests. As a further courtesy to our guests, DPAC recommends one parent or chaperone for every 4 to 5 children in attendance.
How many tickets do I have to buy to qualify as a group?
10 or more people make a group! Select blockbusters may require 15 or more.
I don’t belong to an obvious group. How can I benefit from a group discount?
Groups are social organizations, a family get together or reunion, fundraisers, girls' night out, corporate outings, meet-up groups or just about anybody who wants to get a group of 10 or more together and pay less for the same seats that usually cost more.
How early can I purchase tickets?
Groups gain access to seating locations two weeks prior to the start of public sales. Book early for the best seats available. To be notified when group tickets are available, please contact us at Groups@dpacnc.com to be added to our Group Services email list.

What if I need to make changes to my order or reduce or add seats?
You may modify the number of tickets you order at any time as long as you keep the minimum required for the selected performance. Once full payments are made, the tickets will be delivered to you based on the method of delivery you opted for when placing your order.
- Pick Up: Blue Cross NC – Ticket Center at DPAC

Where do I park my bus?
Bus parking is conveniently located just around corner from DPAC. Parking for most events will be located within a two block radius. Group services will assist with making drop-off and pick-up as easy as possible. Please confirm if you are bringing a bus by 2 weeks prior to your show date by e-mailing Groups@dpacnc.com.
What if winter weather prevents me from attending?
During winter weather months, all performances scheduled at DPAC normally take place as planned. If weather or travel conditions ever prevent you from attending a show, DPAC staff will do what they can to make an accommodation of some kind, but this accommodation will vary show to show. Before purchasing seats for any event at DPAC, please know all sales are final. For additional questions, please contact Groups@dpacnc.com.
